Confrontation, nobody likes, few dare, some screw it. Anyway, a leader cannot run away from this task. It is for the sake of his members a leader might have to confront someone or some organisation or some party. Yes, nobody enjoys being confronted by others. So the first response on each confrontation might be a very strong defence as our confrontation is liken to an attack.
This is how boldness and persuasion need to walk in balance. Being bold makes leaders start the confrontation and being persuasive accomplishes the goal of the confrontation.
